Orders


Placing an order with us is very simple: once you have added an item to your cart, just click the “Place Order” button.

You can easily complete your order during the checkout process, after logging in automatically. You will then be guided through the three steps of the order process: address, payment method, and confirmation, and you can finalize your purchase.

We also offer the option to place an order without creating a customer account.

To do this, click “Continue” in the registration form as a guest. To complete your order, simply follow the three steps: your information, payment, and order.


Cancellation is possible if your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. As our warehouse processes orders very quickly, it may sometimes be impossible to cancel an order, even after just a few minutes.

The fastest way is to access the relevant order in your customer account and select the cancellation option. Please note that you can only request cancellation of all items in a scheduled delivery.

If you wish to cancel all items from your order, but it has been divided into multiple scheduled deliveries, you will need to submit a cancellation request for each of these deliveries.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a specific item from a scheduled delivery. After submitting your request, you will receive a separate email regarding the status of your cancellation request.


Once your order is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email containing not only the items you ordered but also your shipping and billing address, as well as the payment method you selected.

If you do not receive this email, you can initiate a return process.

As a general rule, we deliver items that are immediately available within 5 to 8 business days.



Tracking updates may be delayed when the package is:


  1. Held due to force majeure events such as extreme weather, shipping restrictions, strikes, etc.;

  2. Subject to local customs procedures.


Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order is confirmed. If the delivery address cannot be located or the delivery fails, the package will be returned to us. Once the return is received and verified, we will refund the corresponding amount via the payment method used when placing the order.



Returns and Refunds

If your order is eligible for a return, please follow the steps below to initiate the process:


  • Send an email via the “Contact” section of our website;

  • Make sure the email includes the following information:


    Order number


    Reason for the return request


    Photo of the product if it is damaged


    Customer’s first and last name


    Customer’s address


We will contact you to provide the return address.


You will receive a full refund for your order if you return it in its entirety.





Once we have received and verified the returned products, the refund will be issued, up to the amount of the invoice, within 14 days via the payment method you used for the order.
